About MENU Shop+
Systems for online reservations, on-site customer line-ups, and customer relationship management create more resource orders for shops. They also provide basic analytics of customers and orders to store owners to better control the status of their stores.

Shop Owner
A shop owner who is struggling with messy orders and underemployment wants to find an economical and convenient solution to turn this situation around.

Customers
The customers have been waiting in line for 30 minutes. They deserve to know more information about the seating time and the lineup process.
Insights
When I took over this product, there was already the first draft.
The previous version was a rapidly developed version. Now, we need to make this product more complete and competitive in the market.
