About OS Design Language
Design language is the foundation for all design definitions in the OS system, and it is what users can most directly experience and see. Each version update considers user feedback user operation research, brand tone, global trends, environmental changes, and multiple requirements.

Water is the source of life, and just like water, it nourishes everything without strife. Technological design is no longer stereotypically cold; it is alive, nurturing human emotions and feelings. It is soft, fluid, and natural—a kind of softened Bau that seems to grow out of nature itself.

Color System
We observe the changes in sunlight exposure in nature throughout the day. Two color tones, representing day and night were chosen as the base. The saturation of the colors high, giving people a sense of vitality.

The Shape
We explore a shape that is fluid, alive, and organic. These designs are ideal for enhancing UI components. Although they only change the corners of the cards and components, the overall look becomes more vibrant.

Burdenless
What users really want is an operating system that is smooth and easy to use. We have extended the concept of Aquamorphic Design create a user experience that is as effortless as water.

Looking for inspiration
We are looking for artists and design studios to collaborate with. Before production begins, we provide key objectives to assist with the design process.

Requirement
-
AquamorphismConcept
-
High-end, international, inclusive
-
Comply with OS13 design concept
Because the time allocated for the design is limited, there are requirements for proportion in the design focus.

Because we hope that the operating system can be more internationalized and inclusive, the artists and design studios we work with come from all over the world.
Results
The figure below shows the effectiveness analysis of the project.

Working with external vendors to provide inspiration for OS systems has never been an easy task. There are unexpectedly good results, but there are also areas for improvement. I have learned a lot through this experience!

UI Achievement
The output for design concepts is divided into three main categories: color, shape, and layout.
The Color
Suppliers can freely explore the use of color in manuscripts designed by them. The following are the more interesting color combinations in this design draft.
Type 01
Type 02
Type 03

According to these theme colors, we divide them into three levels to facilitate our decision-making.

The Shape
Since there are a large number of modules in the system, UI elements will use shapes.
Therefore, if unique shapes can be explored and applied to OS system design. For the update of the OS design language, that will be a very important step.

The intermediate design process cannot be made public. The final UI is shown below.

The Layout
There are now many layout changes for cards and components. We hope to find a homepage layout that is consistent with the design concept and has market differentiation.

Data Visualization
The optimization of data visualization is also one of the focuses this time. Many pages in the system display a large amount of text and numbers, especially the "digital well-being" feature that users cared about in recent years.
Therefore, providing clear and user-friendly analytical data to encourage users to engage with it more often becomes an important task.
